The first quarterly 2025 membership meeting was held on February 10, 2025. Issues discussed included the creation of a committee to review and to recommend changes to the current club bylaws. The committee will meet and then look at opening the discussion for comments after their initial review.

The Board also decided to rescind the service fee for use of a credit card for payment of a membership. This was done to encourage people to join and renew on the the website so that the process goes much more smoothly for those responsible for keeping the memberships validated.
